For minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and handle booking communications. We may ask for additional details to ensure appropriate supervision and safeguarding arrangements.

4. Fees and payments

Course fees, schedules, and what is included will be explained before you book. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in GBP. Payment methods and due dates will be provided in the booking instructions. If a payment is late, we may pause access to a course slot until payment is received.

If we offer discounts or bundled pricing, the specific terms will be stated at the time of the offer and may be limited to a period or specific class intake.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a trial or session, contact us as soon as possible. Where feasible, we will offer an alternative date. For courses delivered in fixed cohorts, rescheduling may be limited, but we aim to provide make-up resources and guidance when reasonable.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to instructor availability or operational reasons, we will notify you promptly and provide an alternative session or an appropriate credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, lesson materials, and course resources provided by ArtCraft Lessons may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use materials for personal learning. You must not reproduce, sell, or distribute them commercially without written permission.

If you share your own artwork with us for feedback, you retain ownership of your work. By submitting it, you grant us a limited right to view it for the purpose of providing feedback. We will not publish student work without explicit permission.

Our lessons are educational and do not constitute professional advice for medical, legal, or financial matters. While we aim to provide high-quality instruction, learning outcomes vary by individual practice and circumstances.
