How to choose a track

If you are new, start with Drawing Foundations. You will build the observation skills that make every other medium easier. If you already draw comfortably and want to paint, Watercolor Basics is a gentle path that emphasizes clean value shapes and controlled edges. The Portrait Shading Clinic is best when you can already sketch a head and want to improve realism and lighting.

During a trial session, we look at one or two recent pieces and identify the fastest improvement area. You will leave with a short plan for the next week, a recommended track, and a realistic supply list that fits your budget.
